Sienna began her career very early, appearing on screen as early as one year old in the film De père en flic 2 (2017), where she was held in the arms of Mariana Mazza.

She gained recognition for her supporting role in the television series FEM (aired on Unis TV and available on Netflix), which earned her the Young Artist Award in 2024 (often nicknamed the "Youth Oscar") in Hollywood in the category Best Performance in a TV Series – Supporting: Youth Artist. At just 9 years old at the time of the award ceremony, she became the youngest Quebec recipient of this prestigious international distinction for young talents.

In 2025, she was nominated for the Prix Gémeaux in the category Personnalité féminine de l'année (Female Personality of the Year), through the public award.

That same year, she starred in the lead role of Taylor in the feature film Amour Apocalypse (international title: Peak Everything), directed by Anne Émond. The film had its world premiere in the Quinzaine des cinéastes (Directors' Fortnight), a parallel section of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, making her the youngest Quebec actress to participate in this prestigious event (previously, Sophie Nélisse held the record at 16 years old).
